I'm experimenting with the colour schemes out of boredom and because a white screen seems painful to try to read my tomes of exposition on. This may be distracting until I get bored with it in a week or two and settle on something I feel comfortable reading myself on.
Or people start/stop complaining.

I think it only cropped up because the difference between links and text wasn't as obvious as I would have liked.
a smidge too vivid...a notch further toward pastel would be greeeeaaaattt.

LOL. Pastel would be toward white, yes. But it's not as jarring the second time I see it. Really...disregard. It's fine! It's just more...cheery than I'd expect from you/your subject matters. A touch of grey would be more...something. OOOH! Good song!
I like this. But blue is a favorite of mine as well. Eventually the living room will be a cross between the two. Links look good!
