Discourse with the "ordinary man" is not my strong suit. The level of ignorance on constant display is astonishing, and occasionally, utterly disheartening. The amount of information I might have on hand on most any random subject, owing to my strange power of memory, is considerable relative to this. But I can find constant reminders that I am no substitute to a provider of genuine expertise. Perhaps to the ordinary person this distinction is often trivial. But the ordinary person does not stop to read thousands of words on just any topic, and they certainly don't decide to put them to writing themselves. I have therefore no illusions about any broader appeal to the human condition. At least, not any positive illusions.Sun Tzuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03435848395263035323noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2290940558322177176.post-68503898606814939982009-04-19T18:18:00.000-04:002009-04-19T18:18:00.000-04:00Either you've got a very slow Sunday morning, or I...Either you've got a very slow Sunday morning, or I'm a quick read.

I'll at least let people know when I'm done with it. I don't think I'm necessarily proposing anything new. Much of the supposition on political strategy is gleaned from various versions of political spin masters I listen to with some regularity. It is however, far more rigorous analysis than the average voter has made.Sun Tzuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03435848395263035323noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2290940558322177176.post-29225399626322486262009-04-19T10:15:00.000-04:002009-04-19T10:15:00.000-04:00Friend is good ;-). It's a damn shame you say you don't want to share your work with a broader audience....I suppose chances aren't good, but perhaps he or one of his more influential advisors would actually read it. I also think it'd make a damn fine draft OpEd piece or whatever they call them these days. Damn.

Whatever you decide, excellent. You have a way of presenting 'controversial' ideas in a calm, simple &clear way that most people could understand and maybe not foam at the mouth over it if they disagree with you.not undecidedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02058430758679276980noreply@blogger.com
